# How the work runs.

bild designs and builds agent workflows around the way your team already works — your stack, your protocols, your approval chains. Repetitive operations come off your plate; judgment stays in the room.

## Find the work in the way

We start where the hours go — the exports, the matching, the chasing, the Friday spreadsheet. Two weeks inside your operations, sitting with the people who do the work, produces a ranked map of what should never reach a human desk.

## Agree the number

Before anything is built, we fix the measure of success — hours returned, exceptions caught, volume handled. It goes in the proposal, not the retrospective, so you'll know it worked without taking our word for it.

## Build around your stack, checkpoints named

The workflow is designed around the tools you already run and the guardrails you already trust. Every point where judgment matters gets a named checkpoint: the agent drafts, your team approves. Nothing we build is fully autonomous — that's method, not marketing.

## Run quiet, keep the record

The workflow runs alongside the old way until it's earned trust. Every run leaves a record — what was drafted, who approved it, what was flagged. Exceptions surface at a checkpoint instead of failing silently, and we review the record with you each month.

### No transformation theatre

If the goal is a revolution narrative for the board, we're the wrong firm. We don't promise transformation — we agree a number and hit it.

### Nothing fully autonomous

Removing people from decisions is an anti-goal. Automation that cuts judgment out fails the same way every time: quietly, then all at once, and then nobody trusts it again.

### No platform resale

We resell nothing, so no vendor margin steers the advice. The stack you have is the starting point.

### No volume, no body shop
